Technical Tip: Device Profiler not matching IP addresses with last octect value of '0'

Description
Device profiling rules using IP range method will not match IP addresses whose last octet is "0".  This affects IP ranges specified with a subnet mask more than a class C.

Example
Network IP: 10.30.40.0
Subnet Mask: 255.255.252.0

The valid IPs for this mask (10.30.41.0, 10.30.42.0 and 10.30.42.0) do not match the rule.
