Technical Tip: Collecting HAR capture for UI rendering issues
Description
This article describes how to collect HAR capture when Administration UI page(s) are freezing up or having rendering issues.
Scope
FortiNAC.
Solution
Captive portal exhibits one of the following symptoms:
- The client is not seeing the expected devices in the Host Inventory.
- The portal is not redirecting as expected after registration.
General procedure:
- Start the capture.
- Reproduce the behavior.
- Stop and save the capture.
Attach the file to the ticket with the following information:
- A description of the behavior captured.
- Browser affected.
The data will be submitted to engineering for evaluation.
