Technical Tip: Cisco WS-C3850 switches no longer working as expected after upgrade
Description
Cisco WS-C3850 switches used for wired only no longer work after upgrade. Symptoms include unable to read or switch VLANs.
In previous versions, Cisco WS-C3850 was not correctly mapping as hybrid wired/wireless device. The device model now appears in Topology as a wireless model since it can act as both a switch and wireless device. However, customers have reported WS-C3850 switches that were already modeled and working no longer work.
Affects devices with System OID : 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1745.
