Technical Tip: AirWatch MDM poll fails when configured to retrieve application data
Description
When clicking "Poll Now" from the MDM Service tab, the following error is displayed:
"Failure internal Server Error (HTTP Status 500)"
Airwatch no longer supports the retrieval of application data.

Solution
When clicking "Poll Now" from the MDM Service tab, the following error is displayed:

Solution
Configure the appliance to stop attempting to retrieve application data.
Version 8.x:
1. Navigate to System > Settings > System Communications > MDM Services.
2. Select the Airwatch entry and click Modify.
3. Deselect (uncheck) the "Enable Application Updating" option.
4. Click OK.
Version 9.x:
1. Navigate to Network > Service Connectors.
2. Right-click on the Airwatch connector and click Modify.
3. Deselect (uncheck) the "Enable Application Updating" option.
4. Click OK.
2. Right-click on the Airwatch connector and click Modify.
3. Deselect (uncheck) the "Enable Application Updating" option.
4. Click OK.
