Technical Tip: Access to GUI is lost after applying SSL certificate in version 9.4

This article describes that after applying a SSL certificate to the Admin UI target and selecting 'Restart Service; when prompted, the GUI is inaccessible.

It may load a blank error page.

Workaround.

Restart Admin UI service.

Login to appliance CLI as root and run:

adminguitool restart
