Technical Note: Unable to login to UI with permissions error
Description
Admin UI no longer accessible message indicates "You do not have permissions to access this page".
Once the Endpoint License Key is installed, the appliance automatically polls the FDN every 12 hrs. If this communication fails to complete, this error will display.
Solution
1. Force a poll to verify the appliance can reach the FDN. Login to the appliance CLI and type
entitlementstool -poll
