Version: Network Sentry 8.0.6 and 8.1.0
Server performance issues introduced with version 8.0.6 and 8.1.0. The performance issues are specific to Persistent Agent communication processes. However, the agent process issue causes, as a side effect, delays in other processes.
Symptoms include but are not limited to:
Slow responses to L2 polling.
Slow responses to L3 polling.
Logged on user not displaying.
Hosts not moving to the proper VLAN in a timely manner.
Solution: Contact Support for assistance.
Addressed in Network Sentry version 8.0.6.104 and the next Network Sentry release of 8.1.
