Solution
Support for Mac OS 10.13 (High Sierra) is available as of the August 28, 2017 Auto-Definitions update.
Perform the following steps in the Administrative UI to add support to Network Sentry:
1. Navigate to System > Scheduler and ensure that the Scheduled task for “Auto-Definition Synchronizer” runs and installs the AV/AS Definition Updates (August 28, 2017 or later).
2. Navigate to Policy > Policy Configuration and select the checkbox for “10.13-High-Sierra” in each policy/scan if any other Mac Operating Systems for the scan have been checked. If no operating systems are selected in the policy/scan, then any Mac Operating System is allowed.
