Technical Note: Lightning bolt icon may appear when agent is reachable

Description
The Agent Communication status (red lightning bolt) may appear even when the agent communication is working.   

Scope
Version: 8.3.x, 8.2.x

Solution

Workaround:  Restart the agent service or reboot the affected host.  For instructions, see related KB article below.
 
Solution:  Addressed in versions 8.2.14 and 8.3.6
