Solution
Issue: Under circumstances where wireless users loose internet connection and reset the wireless adapter to restore the connection, wireless authentication fails. The Cisco WISM logs display message "Received invalid EAPOL-key M2 msg in START."
Solution: On the wireless controller (not Network Sentry), increase the EAPOL timout setting to 5000ms.
