Description
User not receiving emails when alarm configured to send emails is generated.
When an alarm configured for email notification is generated, NAC uses the email listed in the Admin User record in the specified Admin User group.
Solution
Verify the email account in the Admin User record is correct.

Solution
Verify the email account in the Admin User record is correct.
- Test email by navigating to System > Settings > Email Settings
- Click Test Email Settings
- Enter the email address in the Admin User Record
- Click OK
