1. Navigate to System > Portal Configuration > Usage Policy

2. Add the PDF of your detailed usage policy using the images tab
System > Portal Configuration > Images > Upload Image
3. Browse to the registration portal.
4. Click on the link to view the detail usage policy.
5. Close the detailed usage policy tab.
6. Accept the acceptable usage policy by clicking agree.
7. Proceed with registration.
