Technical Note: FortiGate VPN clients are not moved from isolation

Description
VPN clients are able to successfully authenticate, download agent, scan and register.  The host record, however, never shows as online in Host > Hosts View and FSSO tag to change/enable access is not applied.

This is due to the appliance not reading the IP ranges of managed VPN networks properly.
