Description
In a newly configured High Availability (HA) environment, the failover process does not work as expected.  Example:  If the processes on the primary control server are stopped, the Secondary Control Server and both Application Servers show a status of "In Control."

Applying the HA configuration restarts the Control Process on the secondary server(s) but not the primary server(s).

Scope
Version:   8.1.7 and lower
Solution
Workaround:  After applying the HA Configuration, restart the control process or reboot all appliances.  To reboot, navigate to System > Settings > Power Management.

Solution:  Addressed in version 8.2.10 and higher.
