Issue: Excessive ICMP Packets from Secondary Control Server when not in control.
Solution: There is no solution. This is expected behavior.
SNMP traps are being sent to both Primary and Secondary Control Server appliances from network switches by design. However, since the Secondary Control Server is not in control, port 162 is not listening. Therefore, the Secondary Control Server replies with a port unreachable ICMP "port 162 unreachable" message.
