Description
Captive Portal Does Not Display Pages or Pages Load Very Slowly

Scope
Version:   Network Sentry Appliances running 3.x or 4.x firmware
Solution
Version:  Network Sentry Appliances running 3.x or 4.x firmware (Firmware is listed in the Dashboard Summary panel)

Issue:   Very slow access to tomcat-portal or in some instances tomcat-portal will not respond at all. This leads to delays or the inability to access remediation or isolation pages.

The following messages are found in apache error_log:

Workaround:  Restart httpd and tomcat-portal services

Solution:  Contact Support to analyze your systems and evaluate whether updating the apache service is appropriate.  This process is completed via an Operating System update.
