Technical Tip: Moving Network Checks from a Public Node to an OnSight

This document describes best practices for moving network checks from public nodes to OnSight devices.

- When changing the monitoring location for a network check from a public node to an OnSight, make sure to pause the metric for 1 minute after saving the updated monitoring location.

- Once a minute has passed, resume the metric.

This will allow the OnSight to properly take over the monitoring schedule that was previously assigned to the public node.
