Description This article describes why the user may be unable to change SSID-related settings in FortiManager, and provides instructions on how to change them.
Scope FortiManager.
Solution

The following issue may be encountered in FortiManager where the SSID passphrase is not being pushed, even after it is updated in the Device Manager.

In most cases, the SSID will be configured in AP Manager. Therefore, to change SSID-related settings (including the passphrase), use the AP Manager. See SSIDs for instructions.
