1. This error usually occurs when FortiManager attempts to add a FortiWiFi device running an unsupported FortiOS version.
   
   

2. For example, FortiManager v7.4.7 does not support FortiWiFi-70G running FortiOS v7.4.8.
   
   

3. Upgrade FortiManager to v7.4.8 to support FortiWiFi-70G running FortiOS v7.4.8.
