Troubleshooting Tip: How to manually import a ZTNA object when it fails to import via the connector

Description

This article describes an issue where the EMS Connector successfully integrates with FortiManager but fails to import ZTNA tagging.

Scope FortiManager, EMS, FortiGate.
Solution
  1. Integrate EMS with FortiGate.

  1. Go to CLI -> Config firewall address -> Search EMS tagging.

  1. Create the script from Device Manager -> Script -> Run the script on 'Policy Package or ADOM Database'.

  1. Choose any Policy package -> Select 'Run'.

  1. Check under Policy & Object -> Firewall Object -> Security Posture Tag that the object tagging exists in this section.
