FortiManager has not enabled FortiAnalyzer Features yet.
When FortiManager has FortiAnalyzer Features enabled (correct behavior), run CLI command:
dia test application oftpd 1
When FortiManager enabled FortiAnalyzer Features (incorrect behavior), run CLI commands:
dia test application oftpd 1 dia test application oftpd 99
