Troubleshooting Tip: Firewall service custom conflict when importing configuration to FortiManager

| Solution | The following issue may be encountered by users when importing configuration from FortiGate v7.6 to a v7.4 ADOM in FortiManager.
This issue happens because the protocol types in the default service objects have been changed. Following the example above, the default protocol for DNS service in v7.4 is 'TCP/UDP/SCTP'. While in v7.6, it is changed to 'TCP/UDP/UDP-Lite/SCTP'.
To fix this, simply upgrade the ADOM to v7.6 so that the protocols match between the FortiManager and FortiGate. Once the ADOM is upgraded to v7.6, there should be no conflict for the default firewall service objects.
