Technical Tip: How to enable console access for FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer instance in Azure Cloud

| Solution | Console access is particularly useful to troubleshoot the instance's status, if the instance fall into unknown state when its not responding to SSH/PING/GUI access.
The following are the steps to enable the console access in Azure portal for a particular instance. In this example, it is based on the FortiManager's instance.
1) After login the portal, go to Virtual Machines - > Search for instance.
2) In the instance left panel menu, Support + troubleshooting -> Boot diagnostics -> Settings -> Select Enable with managed storage account (recommended) -> Save.
If it is not being enabled, the message of 'Boot diagnostics is not configured for this virtual machine' will be visible.
3) In the same instance left panel menu, Support + troubleshooting -> Serial console.
