Technical Tip: How to Disable FortiPortal docker service on FortiManager

Enter the Docker configuration menu by using the following command:

config system docker

    set fortiportal disable

end

After running the commands, the system will stop and remove the FortiPortal service. The output will display the following:

Stopping fortiportal
Stopping fortiportal_fortiportal_1 ... done
Removing fortiportal_fortiportal_1 ... done
Removing network fortiportal_backend

The FortiPortal service will then be successfully disabled.

Note: 

Disabling FortiPortal will terminate all related services and remove the associated Docker containers. The FortiPortal docker service has been removed from FortiManager v7.2.X onwards.
