Description This article describes what to check for when encountering blank 'Subject, From and To' archive emails.
Scope FortiMail.
Solution
  1. When navigating under Monitor -> Archive -> Archive, certain mail shows blank 'Subject, From and To' in the mail entry.

  1. Check the Mailbox disk under the Dashboard.

     

  2. Alternatively perform 'get system status' to check the Mailbox disk: Free size.

  3. This scenario is mostly caused by the Mailbox disk being full hence when incoming email relaying through FortiMail, there is no further disk space for the write process hence an empty mail was created with the Received date recorded.
