Description This article describes why the User List is not showing even when the Microsoft 365 subscription is successful in FortiMail.
Scope FortiMail Cloud with Microsoft 365 API.
Solution

Issue:

 

The Microsoft Graph API: account subscription successful is present in the FortiMail Mail event log.

There is no user list pulled from the Microsoft 365.

Solution:

The policy is enabled by default, but it is also necessary to enable the Status under Policy -> Real-time Scan -> Status, as well as to configure the Base URL to receive notifications.

Refresh the account under System -> Account to see the User List.
