| Solution | After setting up the SSO with Microsoft Entra ID as SAML IdP, it shows error 'We're sorry, but you cannot access this service at this time.' when login using the SSO. See the example of the error received below.
To resolve this issue, check the Attributes and Claims. Set the Name to 'urn:oid:0.9.2342.19200300.100.1.3' in the Name column. Leave the Namespace column blank. The Source attribute is set to 'user.mail'.
