Description

This article describes how to troubleshoot the email release column that is missing in the quarantine report summary:

Scope FortiMail, FortiMail Cloud.
Solution
  1. Modify the Resource profile in FortiMail under Profile -> Resource, select the current resource profile, expand Personal quarantine, and enable Email release.

  1. Assign the correct resource profile in the Recipient Policy under Policy -> Recipient Policy -> Inbound.

If there are multiple recipient policies, they are evaluated top-down, and the first policy that matches a recipient determines the resource profile settings, with no other policies checked. To ensure a specific user or group gets the correct profile, the policy of the user or group in question should be placed above any generic or wildcard policies.
