Technical Tip: Using FortiMail Dictionary function to block an exact phrase

This article describes how the dictionary function can be used to block an exact phrase.
Scope
FortiMail.
Solution
Go under Profile -> Dictionary -> New.
Create a new Dictionary Entry:
Add new Dictionary entry - type: regex/wildcard, pattern for example: Payroll.
Create a content profile under Profile -> Content or edit an existing content profile.
Extend the 'Content Monitor and Filtering' and select 'New'.
Choose the created Dictionary profile and set the desired Action.
Add Content Profile to IP policy or Recipient Policy - depending upon user requirements.
