Technical Tip: The changes after the mailstat-service setting is disabled in FortiMail

1. When the mailstat-service is enabled, the GUI page 'Top User Statistics' will appear.
                            
   

    

2. The CLI configuration of FortiMail will show that the mailstat-service setting is disabled.
   
   

config system global
    set mailstat-service disable
end

3. The GUI page 'Top User Statistics' will be hidden.

Note: The mailstat-service must also be enabled to use dynamic impersonation analysis.

If the mailstat-service is enabled, it affects Delivery Tracking functionality. The delivery status information will be retained starting from the first day of the previous month.
