This article describes how to restrict personal safelist or blocklist usage by webmail user.
Scope FortiMail v7.0, v7.2.

To restrict Personal Safelist/Blocklist:

  • Go to Profile -> Resource.
  • Edit 'YourResourceProfile'.
  • Expand Webmail access.
  • Disable User preference access.

Note: To Disable 'User preference access' will also restrict 'User Preference General and Security settings'.
