Solution

FortiMail with Microsoft 365 threat remediation can scan email messages in real-time, wherein the email is scanned immediately after it arrives in the user's mailbox.

After configuring the Microsoft 365 account to connect with the Microsoft 365 server: When selecting the view user list, it will show a list of user emails and the details shown below.

• Subscribed: User is actively subscribed to receive notifications or services.

• Unlicensed: Users do not have a license in Microsoft 365.

• Disabled: User that is disabled in Microsoft 365.
