| Solution | In the mail event log for IMAP subtype, showing log as per the example below.
When a user deletes an email in the Inbox folder, the deleted email will be put in the trash folder. This log means that connecting to the FortiMail server with IMAP is permanently deleting an email from the Trash folder with the subject as shown in the log from their Mail User Agent (MUA).
To see this log, the 'IMAP' must be enabled in the Log Settings under Logging Policy Configuration -> Mail Event -> IMAP.
