Technical Tip: Hyperlink missing from web actions of quarantine report email from FortiMail
Description
This article explains how to add the two hyperlinks under the Release link and Delete link in the Web actions section of the quarantine report email sent from a FortiMail. From the configuration, it appears identical when compared with a FortiMail that has these links active.
Scope
FortiMail.
Solution
- Go to System -> Customization -> Custom Email Template and look for Quarantine summary.
- Select 'default'.
- Select the 'Reset to Default' button on the bottom, and select ok to return to the previous page. Note that if the quarantine report has been customized it is necessary to make a copy of the content as it will have to be restored later.
- Repeat these steps for 'default-with-icons'.
