Technical Tip: How to set a FortiMail Disclaimer with bold letters, colored text, and hyperlinks

This article describes how to set a FortiMail mail disclaimer with bold letters, colored text and with a hyperlink for outgoing mails.

Solution
The expected result should be as per the HTML code, the disclaimer should be displayed in the Mail disclaimer as per the example below:
'The information contained in this message and any attachments thereto are intended for the exclusive use of the addressee(s) and may contain confidential and / or privileged information / material. Any review, retransmission, dissemination or other use of, or taking of any action in reliance upon this information by persons or entities other than the intended recipient is prohibited. If you received this in error, please contact the sender and delete/destroy all copies of this message and any attachments from any computer.'

Configuration:
The FortiMail disclaimer can be configured from the Web-Based Manager (GUI).
Go to System -> Mail Settings -> Disclaimer and enable 'Allow per-domain settings:'
Here the user can edit or create a new Disclaimer message.

For customizing the disclaimer message, select the 'Edit' button in the Custom message.

Customize the message and select 'OK'.

Starting with v7.4 and v7.6, there is a 'default' disclaimer message, which can be edited similarly to previous versions:

Additionally, custom disclaimer messages can be created from the custom message template (System -> Customization). It is possible to create a new one or clone an existing one and edit it:

The new disclaimer messages will be available in the global disclaimer menu. Also, these can be used in the different actions (Antispam, Antivirus, Content) as disclaimers:
Verification:
The content and format of the disclaimer can be verified by sending an email and checking that the layout is as desired.
