Technical Tip: How to send more URLs from FortiMail to FortiSandbox for inspection

This article describes how to send more URLs from FortiMail to FortiSandbox for inspection.

Solution

Sometimes, not all URLs identified by FortiMail are sent to Fortisandbox for inspection. This is because, by default, only 3 URLs in one email message will be sent to FortiSandbox for inspection. Follow the steps below to increase the number of URLs per email to send more Cin one email message to FortiSandbox for inspection.

1. In Fortimail GUI, go to System -> FortiSandbox  -> FortiSandbox ->URL Scan Setting -> Number of URLs per email.
2. Increase the number of urls per email.
