Description This article describes how to safelist the email to unprotected domains when using a domain safe list in FortiMail.
Scope All supported versions of FortiMail.
Solution
  1. Create a new or modify any existing Receiving Access Control rule.
  2. Configure as follows:

  1. The action 'Safe & Relay' can be used to safelist the email to unprotected domains when using a domain safe list in FortiMail.
