| Solution | Backup config can be done in Dashboard -> Status -> System Information. The backup config file will be able to be read by opening the file as a text file.
To encrypt the backup config file, go under System -> Maintenance -> Configuration. Select 'Backup' and enable the 'Encryption' option. Enter the password and select 'OK'.
The downloaded encrypted backup config file will show 'cfg.enc'. The encrypted backup config will not be able to be read when opened in a text file.
