Technical Tip: How to delete the quarantined email in personal quarantine mailbox with the same email subject for all users

Description

This article explains how to delete the quarantined email in personal quarantine mailbox with the same email subject for all users.


Solution
1) Go to Monitor -> Quarantine -> Personal Quarantine. Below are the quarantine mailboxes for all users.





2) Select the Search button, select 'New' button to create a new Personal Quarantine Search.




3) Configure the time range required.

4)In the Personal Quarantine Search, look for search filter and change the field to 'Subject' and operation to 'contains'.
After that, put the email subject required to search and select 'Search' button.
For this example, search for email subject with word 'Abc'.





5) A new entry appears will be visible.
Select it and  all users quarantine mailboxes that contains email with the subject 'Abc' will be visible.

Note.
Make sure the status is Done before to select it.







6) It will maybe be necessary to select each of the user quarantine mailbox to delete the quarantined email.




7) After deleting the quarantined email with the email subject 'Abc' for one of the users, now the search result show only 2 quarantine mailboxes that contains the quarantined email with email subject 'Abc'.
