| Solution | 1) If there is an email archiving policy like below to archive all incoming emails and to exempt certain senders from this email archiving policy, follow these steps.
2) Go to Email Archiving -> Policy -> Exempt Policy. 3) For this example, 'extexempt@external.com' from the email archiving policy.
4) From the cross-search log below, the email from 'extuser@external.com' is sent to email archiving.
5) From the cross-search log below, the email from 'extexempt@external.com' is not sent to email archiving.
