Description This article describes how to completely move webmail access from the user.
Scope FortiMail.
Solution
  1. By default, the user can visit the FortiMail webmail via the following URL: https://x.x.x.x/user/login.

  1. To disable this feature, navigate under System -> Network -> Interface.

     

  2. Under the relevant interface, Advance Setting, turn off the toggle for Webmail.

  3. Revisit the URL: https://x.x.x.x/user/login, the webmail is now inaccessible.
