Technical Tip: How to block email by subject

| Solution | Navigate to Profile -> Content and create a new profile by using the button '+ New'.
In the Content Profile, set a name, action, and in the Content Monitor and Filtering, select '+ New' to create a new Dictionary entry.
Create a new dictionary:
Set a Dictionary name and create a new Dictionary Entry:
Set a pattern word or a regex pattern that should be detected. For a pattern word, select the Pattern type: Wildcard. Enable: 'Search header':
Select 'Create' for all the windows. Navigate to the Policy -> Recipient Policy and select the created Content profile in the Recipient Policy.
Result: When the email with the word 'Spam' arrives at FortiMail, the email is quarantined because the subject includes the word 'Spam':
