Technical Tip: How to block an email which contains 2 different words in email subject

Description
This article describes how to block an email which contains two different words 'cov' and 'n95' in email subject.

Solution
1) Go to Profile -> Dictionary -> Dictionary and select 'Create a new dictionary profile'.
 
2) Create a new dictionary entry in the new dictionary profile.

3) Configure as below. After that, select 'OK' button to save it.





4) Go to the anti-spam profile and enable 'Dictionary' and 'With dictionary profile'.

5) Select the new dictionary profile.

6) Configure 1 for the 'Minimum dictionary score'.




7) Select 'OK' to save it.

The FortiMail only blocks the email if an email subject contains two words 'cov' and 'n95'.





The email is accepted because the subject has only one word 'cov'.
