Description This article describes how to add a specific header into all outgoing emails for a specific domain.
Scope FortiMail.
Solution
  1. Select System -> Mail Setting -> Disclaimer.

  1. Select toggle Allow per-domain settings
  2. Select Domain & User -> Domain -> Domain.

  1. Select the desired domain to be configured.
  2. Select the Advanced Setting and select Disclaimer.

  1. Under the drop-down setting, select Use Custom message
  2. Select Under Outgoing -> Custom message.
  3. Enable the Insert header and fill up the With value.

  1. Select 'ok' and test by sending outgoing email from that domain.
  2. Notice that the effect is applied on the header.
