| Solution | According to the official document Impersionation Configuring-dynamic-scanning, it is necessary to perform the following configuration on Sytem Global filed:
config system global set mailstat-service enable end
Administrators will receive this message on FortiMail Cloud:

In the FortiMail Cloud environment, this configuration is not necessary because mailstat-service is already enabled by default on cloud tenants.
