Technical Tip: FortiMail exporting user preference
Description
This article describes how to export user preference mailboxes in FortiMail.
Solution
1) Currently, it is not possible to export the users in user preference to CSV/TXT.
2) However, it is possible to backup the user configuration which contains the user preferences mailbox.
3) To backup the user configuration:
- Go to System -> Maintenance -> Configuration.
- Select 'Update' and refresh on 'User Configuration'.
- Enable 'User configuration' and select' backup'.
4) The backup can also be restored to the FortiMail under System -> Maintenance -> Configuration -> Restore Configuration.
