Technical Tip: FortiMail Cloud license renewal process

Take the following steps to renew a FortiMail Cloud license:

1. Activate the license in the Support portal.
2. Once the license is registered, open a ticket in the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) providing the instance hostname, so the TAC engineer will verify the status and let the user know when the license is uploaded.
3. The new expiration date for the renewed license will only be shown once the current license expires. The prior expiration date will appear until the new license starts.
