| Solution | In the FortiMail history log, it shows the email classifier as 'Policy Match-AntiSpam' and the Disposition as 'Reject'.
Check on the cross-search log shows an error message as shown below:
This error means the email matches with IP Policy with the action set to 'Reject'. Check the history log to find the Policy ID that matches the log in the 'Policy ID' column. As per the example below, it matches the IP Policy for ID 3.
Based on the log above, the IP policy with ID 3 is configured with the action 'Reject'.  |
