This article describes how to enable FortiSandbox Cloud in FortiMail.
During this process, the following error can appear:

FortiMail, FortiSandbox.


Solution


Enable FortiCloud in FortiMail and log in with a FortiCloud account.
Below are the steps regarding how to enable the FortiSandbox cloud in FortiMail.

  1. Go to the Dashboard and find FortiCloud under the license information widget.

 

 
  1. Select 'Activate' and log in with a FortiCloud account (create a new FortiCloud account if it does not exist yet).
 
 
  1. FortiCloud shows activated after the login.

Check the info from the CLI:

 

execute forticloud info
Login Status: logged in
Account ID: x.x.x.x@gmail.com

  1. Enable the FortiSandbox Cloud in FortiMail.
