FortiMail, FortiSandbox.
Solution
Enable FortiCloud in FortiMail and log in with a FortiCloud account.
Below are the steps regarding how to enable the FortiSandbox cloud in FortiMail.
- Go to the Dashboard and find FortiCloud under the license information widget.

- Select 'Activate' and log in with a FortiCloud account (create a new FortiCloud account if it does not exist yet).

- FortiCloud shows activated after the login.
Check the info from the CLI:
execute forticloud info
Login Status: logged in
Account ID: x.x.x.x@gmail.com
HOME: 154.52.10.190:514
- Enable the FortiSandbox Cloud in FortiMail.

CLI command to verify the status:
diagnose test application fortisandbox connectivity
