Technical Tip: Email users do not receive AntiSpam reports (Quarantine Summary)
Description
This article describes that sending the AntiSpam report is dependent upon the setting of the 'default action' field in the AntiSpam Profile.
For the reports to be sent, the 'Action profile', which is set as the 'Default action', should point to personal quarantine as shown below. If system quarantine has been selected, then the user will not receive AntiSpam reports.

Solution
- Go to Profile -> AntiSpam -> 'Action' tab.
- Create a new action or find which of the existing ones has 'Personal quarantine' enabled.

- Create a notification profile to notify the recipient.
Select '+' on the 'Notify with profile' option.
- Go to Profile -> AntiSpam -> 'AntiSpam' tab.
- Create a new one or edit one of the existing profiles. Set the action profile from step 2 as the default action. The other actions can be set with different profiles, but the 'Default action' must be a profile with 'Personal quarantine' enabled; no reports will be sent.
